Makelya sells digital downloads only. Because a file cannot be returned once it has been downloaded, sales are final except in the cases listed below, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size choice, or because the colors look different on your screen or print.
Our product pages on Gumroad show “No refunds allowed”, which refers to change-of-mind refunds. It does not limit the cases below: if one of them applies, we will still replace the file, fix the download, or refund you.
When we will help
- The file is damaged, incomplete or will not open
- You received a different file from the one you ordered
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- You cannot download your files after following the link in your Gumroad receipt email
Contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@makelya.com with the order number from your Gumroad receipt and a short description (a screenshot helps). We will replace the file, fix the download, or issue a refund when appropriate, normally within 3 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Gumroad. Your bank may take several business days to show the credit.
Before opening a dispute
Please email us first. We can usually solve the problem faster than a payment dispute, and we reply within 1 to 2 business days.
