These terms apply to your use of makelya.com (“Makelya”, “we”, “us”) and every purchase you make here. By using the site or buying a product you agree to them.
Digital products
Everything we sell is a digital file (PNG design files and a license PDF) delivered by download after payment. No physical item is shipped. Download links are available from your order confirmation and your account, for up to 10 downloads per file and 365 days from purchase. Purchases made through the Gumroad checkout are delivered by Gumroad: use the download link on its confirmation page and in your receipt email, and Gumroad’s own terms apply to that checkout.
License
After purchase you receive a personal and commercial use license to print the designs on physical products that you make and sell (for example shirts, mugs, tumblers and totes), including through print-on-demand services. You may not:
- resell, share, give away, upload or redistribute the digital files, alone or inside a bundle, or sell them as digital files or clip art
- claim the designs as your own original work or register them as a trademark or copyright
- use the files in a way that is unlawful or defamatory
The full license text is included as a PDF with every purchase.
AI-assisted designs
Designs are created with the help of AI tools and finished by us. We try to avoid third-party trademarks and copyrighted characters, but you are responsible for checking that your final product and listing comply with the rules of the marketplace where you sell it. Contact us if you think a design infringes anyone’s rights and we will review it promptly.
Colors and printing
Colors on screen can differ from printed results depending on your device, printer and material. Mockup images are for illustration only; the file you receive is the design without the mockup.
Payments and prices
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Gumroad, our payment provider and merchant of record, including card and PayPal payments. We do not see or store your full card details. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at checkout applies to your order.

Limitation of liability
The files are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to purchases made after the update date.
